Stand Up Paddle Yoga

A 2-HOUR INTRODUCTION TO STAND UP PADDLING (SUP) AND STAND UP PADDLE YOGA
We begin our early morning by paddling under the full moon until we find our spot to practice, then as the sun comes up, we'll greet the morning in the traditional way - even though we're not in a traditional place!
Experience the calm and tranquility of early morning flatwater from your board.
Practice yoga in a whole new way: with your SUP board as your mat, the water as your floorand the seals as your practice buddies! You'll strengthen your legs and core, challange your balance and get a whole new perspective on your daily poses, all while enjoying the outdoors in a world-famous destination!
Attendance is limited to 15 people. It is required that you sign up in advance.
We Offer Private Classes
Individual attention can make a huge difference in your practice!
Schedule a session with one of our skilled and enthusiastic instructors (you can pick your favorite!) and refine your poses or learn a whole new skill.
Private instruction can take your practice to a whole new level!
A Private Session can:
• Fit into your schedule better than a regularly scheduled class
• Address a specific health issue like insomnia or low back pain
• Help you recover from competitive athletics (and improve your game!)
• Help you master a challenging pose (like headstand or crow)
• Create your own personal sequence to practice at home
• Celebrate a special occasion or bring you closer to friends, family & co-workers (we do group privates, too!)
